Jenelle Paris has been in the wellness industry since 2002 and is currently a Sound Healing Facilitator, Brand Founder, and the co-founder of Sounds Like Alchemy. She is extremely passionate about helping people transform their lives using the healing energies of sound.

Harmony Hugs was an idea I had years ago seeing my mom friends stuck in patterns of dysregulation. One friend in particular, Sydney, helped me channel the language for this curriculum. As a mom of three kids under 6, I wanted to get these tools in her hands and the hands of thousands of moms who need it! Help the moms and you help the world, one harmony hug at a time.
