Sound
Sound healing (sometimes called vibrational therapy, sound therapy, or sound meditation) is a practice that uses sound and vibration to support relaxation, emotional balance, and nervous system regulation.
Breath
Breath work (also called controlled breathing or conscious breathing) is a practice where you intentionally change the way you breathe (how deep, slow, or patterned your breath is) to influence your body and mind.
Movement
Movement changes the body’s stress response
Physical activity helps shift the balance between the sympathetic (fight/flight) and parasympathetic (rest/digest) branches of the autonomic nervous system. Regular movement supports a healthier balance, improving the body’s ability to “reset” after stress.
Community
They say it takes a village to raise a child and that's so true. Whether your village is a facebook group, an in person event, or a family; your community can shape your identity. The energy exchange is real and palpable. We want to create spaces that create positive and lasting change in your life and the lives of the little souls in your care.
